Service Description

YachtMonaco is a charter and brokerage house based in Port Hercule, Monaco, working across the French and Italian Riviera.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information when requesting quotes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be at least 18 years of age to use our services
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services

Charter & Brokerage Relationships

YachtMonaco acts as charter agent and broker. Charter contracts are concluded on MYBA terms between you and the yacht owner; brokerage mandates are agreed directly with us. We represent one side of any transaction and disclose our role clearly.

Limitation of Liability

YachtMonaco provides its charter and brokerage services on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services arranged through us.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued engagement of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
